"Overall, we had a positive experience with Micky and Cedryche from AX Image. The workmanship was generally good, and the final outcome met our expectations. While they are not the cheapest option in the market, the quality of work delivered was solid and professional. There were some hiccups along the way, which is probably quite normal for a renovation of this scale. That said, the planning and execution were well managed, and we were able to move in without any delay to the handover date, which we really appreciated. This gave us confidence that the team knew how to prioritise and manage issues when they arose. One area that could be improved is communication and coordination with third-party vendors, as clearer updates would have helped at certain stages. Overall, the team was responsive and willing to address concerns, and we are satisfied with the end result. I would recommend them to homeowners who value good workmanship and reliable project delivery."
