5. PWP items and Bonus SIGN-UP Perks are available exclusively to AX Image customers who have signed a renovation contract with AX Image, during the event period or within an agreed timeframe with the AX Image Interior Designer in charge, confirmed through written consent.

6. AX IMAGE is not liable for any dissatisfaction regarding the quality or performance of third-party promotional items.

7. AX IMAGE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notice.

8. AX Image reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the authenticity of participants’ intentions to engage in interior design services. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification from the Event and forfeiture of any claims to promotional offers or gifts.

9. AX Image reserves the right to disqualify any participant believed to be participating with fraudulent intentions or undermining the legitimate operation of the Event, and may be subject to further legal action.
